Heard from Todd at Snow Dog that I could pick up finished books on Wednesday. Continued to answer emails from people wanting to bind there Mircleman comics. Worked on various designs.

Had breakfast with Kevin and Scott. Picked up 4 finished books and dropped off 4 more books to work on. We compared notes regarding the latest Miracleman auction which has set off another flurry of email and phone calls from people wanting to bind their sets of the series. On this book we were asked to put a new cover on a book bound by someone else.

This is an experiment. The guts were gluebound by Snow Dog and the cover was created and attached by Capitol. It is very sturdy and costs less than a Snow Dog hard cover or a Capitol hardcover. I am still trying to wrap my head around this as to whether this might appeal to a certain segment of the binding community.

Orion is another popular title we bind on a regular basis.
